HOW TO DO YOUR JUICE CLEANSE FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS

Choose What Works For You!

  • OPTION 1: You may choose to do a pure cleanse by only juicing and drinking water.

  • OPTION 2: You may choose to eat very light, like adding raw veggies and fruits while juicing. Drink your juice 30 minutes before you eat and wait 2 to 3 hours after you eat to drink your juice again. Always drink your juice on an empty belly.

  • OPTION 3: You may choose to do intermittent fasting, which is you juice and drink water during a 16 hour period and for the next 8 hours eat only your veggies and fruits with water. Preferably eat from 7 am - 1 pm and start your juice cleanse at 3pm.

Your Goal is to Incorporate the Juice Cleanse throughout your Day.

  1. Start your morning with 16 oz of your juice cleanse. Continue drinking it every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day. Your Goal is to finish the 64 oz Bottle in a Day and your 7 Bottles in 7 Days.

  2. Always drink your Juice Cleanse on an Empty Stomach.

  3. Wait 30 to 45 minutes before you eat. Studies have shown that drinking liquids a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months. 

  4. Eat 2 small to 3 small meals a Day every 2 to 3 hours if you are hungry. This helps the body process it faster and raises your metabolism which will help burn fat faster for weight loss.

  5. These small meals should strictly be veggies, fruits, and or nuts. If its Salad, use only vinegar and olive oil as dressing. Eat berries and Nuts, research shows that they help fat cells in producing "adiponection", a hormone that helps reduce inflammation while lowering blood sugar.

  6. Drink lots of water throughout the day, minimum 64 ounces or more.

  • Limit carbohydrate intake, preferably No Carbs. Especially Refined Carbs.

  • Avoid processed foods, reduce or avoid honey, fruit juices, and dried fruits.Avoid starchy foods, like bread, rice, pasta, or noodles.

  • Cut back on Dairy, if possible No Dairy At All.

  • Stay away from Carbonated drinks. It  inhibit your body production of fat burning hormones, they contain gas, and creates more gas in your GI tract, which causes bloating.
