Clients always ask me, "How should I eat after my Juice Cleanse?" Start by eating healthy foods such as raw veggies, fruits, and salads. Then gradually incorporate steamed veggies, and sauteed veggies. For protein add tuna, or lean chicken breast, or turkey or salmon.
Another Question is, "How often can I do a Juice Cleanse?"
You can do a Juice Cleanse whenever you feel bloated, sluggish, tired, constipated, and/or stressed (yes stressed!)
Or when you just feel like you want to Detox because you have been eating bad (junk food, fast food) for awhile.
Its always good to Start with a 3 Day Organic Juice Cleanse.
Before Starting your Juice Cleanse
We suggest you start eating light meals at least 3 days or more before you start. Then eat just veggies, fruits, and/or salad the day before the cleanse. This will prepare for body for a true detox.
How should I drink my Juice Cleanse?
I recommend you drink them every 2 to 3 hours depending on your needs for One day. But always drink your Juice Cleanse on an empty belly, so it penetrates into your body systems easily and quickly.
Preferably start your cleanse in the morning so you can drink all your Juice Cleanse in one day. Refrigerate immediately when you receive your cleanse. If you will be starting the next day, then freeze it, and put only the ones you will be drinking the next day in the refrigerator to thaw overnight.
I recommend you drink 6 bottles of a day, but its all entirely up to you and your goals. If you purchased our 64 Oz then drink the whole bottle in a day. You may choose to do a pure cleanse by only juicing and drinking water, or eating very light like adding raw veggies and fruits or drinking it before a meal (wait at least 30 minutes after you drink your Juice Cleanse on an empty belly) so you feel full which helps reduce your food intake.
